Good advice starts with listening and understanding. Often, the biggest value I bring is seeing the underlying problem, opportunity or connection that others have missed.
Strategy Lab was founded in 2011, following over 25 years working in the corporate world and seeing the need for high calibre advice, based on real-world experience.
I have worked for large corporates and performance driven international organisations; been involved in management buy-outs with private equity; and run my own businesses. This is what gives me the knowledge and capability to adapt to different organisations and commercial challenges.
It’s my job to cut through the noise to get to the heart of an issue, identify what needs to change – and how to make that happen.
